Rob Virgulto has been a police officer with the State of Connecticut for over 11 years. He received a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Resource Economics from the University of Maine. He is currently a Police Sergeant with Connecticut State Protective Services. He holds the following certifications:

Les Richardson has been in the Law Enforcement profession since 1998, working in the Protective Services Division for the State of Ct. Holding a full time position at C.C.S.U.
